SB frozen meals??

Are any of the SB frozen meals/dinners ok to eat on Phase 1?
Just wondering since they would come in handy on those crazed nights when there are after school activities and traditional sit-down dinners and cooking time is pretty non-existant (This is Mac N Cheese night for the kids) or for those busy days when actually preparing a full lunch is not possible.
TIA!

I found 2 different ones in my area (one was pork the other a chicken)...I didn't care for them but everyones taste is different and it was definatley nice to have handy even if they weren't the best...I would give them a shot!

DH & I have been buying some of the SB frozen dinners lately. There are several out there that are for phase 1 folks. Just look on the back of the box...they list which phase(s) that they are for. DH takes them to the office for lunch several days a week. And when I've been to busy to prepare my own lunch, I'll have one here at home. DH says they are the best frozen dinners he's every had. They contain twice or 3 times as many veggies as most other frozen dinners. So far, I've had the garlic chicken with green beans almondine (very good and phase 1) and a chicken a la Roma with broccoli, red peppers & carrots (very good also, but phase 2 & 3 because of the pasta in it.)
Hope this was helpful!!!

I like the pork and greenbean dinner - it has
I know this isn't for Phase 1, but when you move on to Phase 2, the SBD pizzas are a nice treat! Especially when the rest of your family is tired of you telling them no, we're not ordering pizza! LOL!
GL!
I have tried most of them, and I do not like the phase 1 frozen meals at all. The pizzas, breakfast tacos and wraps are pretty good. I like Boca frozen chili a lot more than the SBD meals.
The biggest time savor for me is to prepare spagetti squash on Sunday and put it in the fridge. Then I can just add toppings to it and microwave. I also usually have a rottisirie chicken in the fridge.
Just look on the box, if you see meat and veggie, it's a good bet it's phase 1. On the back, it tells you what phase it will work for.
