Shakes and Meal Replacement Bars

Hello again!

I know that real food is best, but I was happy to see that an occasional shake could be used as a meal replacement, even in Phase 1. Are there any meal replacement BARS that qualify? I'm also interested in any frozen meals that would be ok for phase 1.

I haven't seen south beach frozen meals or bars or anything around here, so I'm hoping there may be other acceptable versions.

Thanks so much,

t

Thank you~

I always like to have some options in case I'm stuck on the road or something..and going to end up missing a meal.

Don't worry..they won't be a staple in my diet...just there for those days when you seem to run from morning to night and still get nothing done! : )

sorry to bug with questions...I'm sure there will be more as I get started on Monday.

(ps: Took my starting weight today (my scale is at the gym at my work). Now I'm REALLY motivated. Will take some measurements as well, to supplement the scale.)

When I'm on the road I often stop at a grocery store for a quick lunch. If I find one with a good salad bar I'm in heaven. Or, I sometimes order a 1/4 pound of deli meat (turkey usually), a couple slices of swiss cheese,
