Those roasted garbanzos smelled so good roasting this morning (with a dash of garlic and chili pepper). I thought, hmmm how would these do with a little splenda? Like a sweet crunchy thing??? Anybody done this?
Currently smelling the spaghetti squash bake. Oh dear. This is what I loved about SBD before -- actually enjoying cooking! going to use the casserole for breakfasts, didn't see anything phase one unfriendly about it -- am I correct?
DH's assistants brought him birthday cake today! Poor fella! I wonder what he did about that! He was all pumped up for P1 when he left this morning.

Did you fix the breakfast casserole with spaghetti squash??? I fixed that last week for the first time and it was great!!!

The variety of these recipes definitely eliminates boredom!!

No boredom here, either!!! We've tried a ton of recipes already and there's only 1 thing that we decided we don't like...eggplant!!! I'm also figuring out ways to make some of my old recipes SB friendly and they are pretty good as well. Overall, this plan is not hard to follow at all. I always figured that 'dieting' was a big list of 'can't haves', but I'm finding that there are many more 'cans' with South Beach...I call that FREEDOM!!!
