? about tea and turkey burgers

I have a question about whether these two foods are allowed.

I have "Constant Comment Green tea flavored with orange and sweet spice" There is no sugar or cards in the ingredients or nutrition info...but seeing orange and sweet on the label freaks me out. Does anyone know if this tea is OK?

And, second, I have some Jennie O turkey burgers, the savory flavored ones. They have tomatos and cheese in them. In the nutrition info, there are 0 carbs. But, one of the ingredients is sugar! How can this be???? It is way far down on the ingredient list. So do to go by the nutrition info or by the ingredient list?

Any info you have is appreciated. THANK YOU!
