Hi All! I did South Beach back 6 months ago and I really liked it. I am returning because I have been gaining weight and I just joined a weight loss challenge at work plus I am going to Cancun at the end of April. The reasons go on and on
Day 1:
BREAKFAST: 1 EGG w. green peppers and onion and coffee w/ splenda and skim milk
SNACK: Nonfat plain yogurt w/ one equal
LUNCH: Salad w/ tbsp SB dressing with Ham and ff cheese and chick peas
SNACK Skim cheese stick
Dinner: Venison with broccoli
Any suggestions what to have with the venison?????

How about some faux-tatoes (mashed cauliflower)? It looks like your meal plan is light on the veggies. You need to get a minimum of 4.5 cups per day.

So I didn't do well my first day I craved sugar so bad at night that I ended up having a bowl of frosted mini wheats and a piece of toast.
Today for breakfast I tried to have an egg w/ a wheat english muffin to see if that would stop my cravings. What is the deal with Phase 2 I own the book but everyone on here is so much more helpful!!!
I am joining a kick boxing class tonight so at least I will be exercising
Next time you're needing a sugar fix on phase 1 try these:
SF fudge bar or popsicle
SB peanut butter cup
SB hot cocoa
Ricotta creme
