Good P1 friendly pre/post workout snack

The only downside I have found with P1 is finding the right pre-workout and post-workout snack.
I usually have a little snack a good 45 minutes before I work out because it is added fuel for your body to keep you going during your work out, and then another little snack afterwards to keep from "crashing" after my workout. The only problem is finding that right P1 friendly snack because it Carbs are actually the best kind of snack for pre and post-workouts.
So, any suggestions or recommendations for a good carb rich but P1 friendly snack? (sounds like an oxymoron to me...LOL!)



Before I workout I have a non-fat plain yogurt mixed with peanut butter & splenda.
