ideas of what ur breakfast/linch/dinner and snacks look like for a day? im struggling with ideas and quick things, as im always on the go! thanks so much!
For quick easy I like to make chicken fajita's-on a salad usually instead of a WW tortilla, taco salad, BBQ chicken (can also be chicken salad leftovers the next day), cheese crisps for a snack (although you have to watch that you don't do cheese too many times in a day), the taco junk is good-I wish I would have made it much sooner than I did (and would have made a double batch!), the crockpot cheese burgers were a huge hit at my house and can definately be great left overs. I like hummus with veggies as a snack or SF pudding...there are some more great ideas in the journals....roasted chick pea's were definately a hit with me and roasted cauliflower in phase I. I pulled out my blender and started making all kinds of cold drinks...coffee drinks, banana shakes, vanilla...its a yummy easy way to get in a milk.
