Hi! I'm excited for you too. Here are some answers:

is v-8 splash ok for phase 1 (the flavors)? The Diet V-8 Splash is okay, but you have to count it toward your sweet treat calories

what is this laughing cow fried chesse type thing i see people talking about and is there a reciepe or where do u buy it? Laughing Cow cheese is a spreadable cheese that comes in individual little foil covered triangles. The packaging is a round cardboard box and is usually kept near the non-refrigerated cheeses, like Velveeta. Most people eat it as a snack - spread on veggie sticks.

the ricotta cremes, mocha & vanilla... where can i find reciepes for those? To make these, simply mix 1/2 cup low-fat or part skim ricotta cheese with some splenda and any flavorings you like. My favorite it just vanilla extract. Others here like to use sf cocoa powder, sf jams, sf syrups (DaVinci brand is popular), peanut butter, other extract flavors. The possibilities are endless.

and is fresh brewed ice tea with splenda ok? Yes, you may have both tea and Splenda on SBD.

Let me know if there's anything else we can help with! GOOD LUCK!!

You're welcome! This is a great place for information, but the book is invaluable (IMO)!
