Day 4 and craving junk!

Hello all, well I am on day 4 and I have been totally good, but boy do I want something sweet and bad for me. Isn't that silly? I know its bad for me but I still want it. I was in Target today getting Valentines and of course I saw all the Valentines candy. But then I saw the cute summer bathing suits and that reminded me of my goals for health and losing weight. I would love to just once go into any store, try anything on and it look good, like not be limited as to "oh, because of my hips or butt, I can't wear that, it wouldnt fit right or look good", I am tired of it! I have never been able to do that, or maybe I could have back in the day, but I was to self conscious. Now, after having a baby (she is 10 months old and awsome) I really do need to lose this lingering weight and just take care of myself better. Do you all feel the same? I guess you all do, or else you wouldn't be on this board! I have been just getting really snacky at night, its such a habit. Last night I had A LOT of the sugar free coolwhip with a sugar free popcicle and a jello, I just couldn't stop eating the stuff! Thats why we don't have anymore! I don't think I will buy anymore for a while cause the amount I ate ruined my good day of eating. Geez Loise. Well, all I can tell myself now, is its a lot better than what I would have eaten before this diet. Staying strong! It doesn't help that my husband is in the bedroom eating cookies! Later all- Robyn

Personally I think it would be absolutely fair to ask your husband not to eat cookies in the bedroom or even in your presence if need be. Or you should leave the room, if he disagrees. Out of sight, out of mind really can be true in this instance.

You're still bikini-bound, hot mama!! ;-)
