Honestly... I don't remember this feeling of emptiness in my belly! Maybe because my belly wasn't this big before?!?! LOL ;o) I am literally starving right now and this is after having 3 turkey breast roll-ups! What gives?

So far today I've had:

2 eggs, scrambled -- 8:00 a.m.
1 1% cheese stick -- snack
3 turkey breast roll-ups with 1% shredded mozz. at 12:00

Doesn't seem like a lot of food... any suggestions/ideas?

Thanks! :o)

You should be having 4 1/2 cups of veggies per day minimum. The fiber helps keep you feeling full. I would have a salad or some celery sticks with a little natural peanut butter. And definitely drink your milk or have some plain yogurt flavored. You should have 2 dairy servings every day and this does not include cheese.

HTH -- good luck!

You shouldn't be hungry on South Beach.

Thank you all so much!

Any suggestions on how to get the 2 cups of milk if I don't/can't drink milK? Also not a huge fan of yogurt...
