Hi Ladies! My name is India and I decided to recommit to the South Beach diet plan. I've tried every diet under the sun (WW, Atkins,Zone), but SB is the only one that actually made sense. I'm 24, 5'1 and currently weigh 125. I've lost 20 lbs so far by changing my eating habits and exercise, but I notice that my energy levels are usually really low at the end of the day..and I crave sugar all day long, especially at that 4pm slump! Diabetes runs in my family, so I really want to nip my sugar addiction in the bud. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds more using SB, and I'm hoping to create a lifestyle change which would help me eat the SB method without even thinking. Suggestions, comments are always welcome! I officially start up again tomorrow, so I can't wait to chat with all of you!
