I have a fruit smoothie almost every morning. How about some cold cereal w/ fresh strawberries or banana sliced on top? You could also do half a ww English muffin or a ww mini-bagel w/ some rf cream cheese and sf jam. Or how about a Kashi Go-Lean waffle with sf syrup? That always hits the spot with me. Or you could spread it with this:
FAT FREE PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE CREAM CHEESE 4 tbsp. fat free cream cheese 1 tbsp. pure pumpkin 3 SPLENDA® Flavor Blends for Coffee Packets, French Vanilla 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Combine all ingredients. Enjoy! Serves 2.
Here's some more from the board:
APPLE CRISP OATMEAL I love apple pie too but am not a big fan of raw apples. One of the ways I incorporate apples into my diet is to mix them in with my oatmeal. I dice up about 1/2 of a gala apple (leave the skins on - it's where most of the nutrients are). Place them in the bottom of a big bowl. Spray a couple of times with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Fat-Free Spray. Sprinkle a little apple pie spice or cinnamon on top. Then I top it with 1/2 c. old fashioned oats and 1 c. skim milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir and repeat. I usually add a packet of Splenda and 1/2 t. pure vanilla extract.
SBD MILKSHAKES/SMOOTHIES They all start with: 1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt 3/4 cup skim milk or soy milk
Then the flavor variations include: * Peanut Butter: Peanut butter and some DaVinci vanilla syrup or cookie dough syrup (Cocoa powder is great in this, too!) and a few ice cubes * Blueberry: Frozen blueberries, DaVinci vanilla syrup and a packet of Splenda * Raspberry: Frozen raspberries, DaVinci white chocolate flavored syrup and a packet of Splenda * Afternoon pick-me-up: Coffee with some DaVinci Irish Cream syrup and frothed milk.
CHEDDAR-APPLE GALETTE 1/4 to 1/3 cup purified water 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 apple (Granny Smith or Fuji) halved 3 walnut halves, chopped 3 oz sharp low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 400° F. In medium sauté pan that has a lid and can go into the oven, add water, cinnamon and apples. Bring to boil over high heat, then reduce to medium, cover, and simmer until apples are tender, about 6 to 10 minutes. Uncover pan and turn off heat. With a wooden spoon or spatula, group apple slices together to form a loose circle. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and grated cheese. Transfer pan to oven and cook until cheese melts, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Place apples in 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Mix water and lemon juice, pour over apples. Mix Splenda, flour, oats and cinnamon. Add Smart Balance to dry mixture; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake at 350 until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned, about 35-40 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
