Since so many of you are pro's out there, I wanted to ask about brands (I realize not all brands are nationwide).  So I don't have to reinvent the wheel and a lot of you have already done the shopping can you provide me with tips of what you buy? I know some of my questions don't pertain to phase I, but I'll be in Phase II before I know it.  Here are a few ideas of what I'm talking about.  TIA!!!

Ricotta?

Cheese Brand?

Breads?

Cereal?

Salad Dressing?

Waffles?

Canned items?

Anything else that is really easy to pick up and make? (I'm lazy LOL!)

Since we live in the same area, alot of my brands may be the same as what Cathy already provided. But maybe this will help too.

Ricotta? Part-Skim Polly-O, Part-Skim Biazzo

Cheese Brand? Cabot and Kraft both carry low fat block cheddar cheeses. Kraft and Sorrento carry low fat shredded cheeses.

Breads? Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Mini Bagels, Sahara WW Pita Bread

Cereal? Kashi Go Lean, South Beach Cereals

Salad Dressing? Most dressings meet the SB requirements with 3g of sugar or less. Then exceptions would be French, Poppy Seed and any other 'sweet' dressings.

Waffles? Kashi

Canned items? Ragu No Sugar Added Tomato and Basil Sauce (jarred), Del Monte Petite Diced Tomatoes, ShopRite brand canned beans

Anything else that is really easy to pick up and make? (I'm lazy LOL!)
Morning Star Farms Breakfast Patties
Boca Burgers
Canned tuna or canned white meat chicken
