Just finished my first cup of SBD hot cocoa. Yum.

I totally needed something that would bind to the m&m receptors in my brain. This may have done it, did my best to savor.

this is just one of those days.....

Thank you , Cathy,
I really needed a word of encouragement today! I did stay strong, but ate way too many grilled shrimp at dinner...

Hi, Steph --
I read that when I was looking up the recipe! I think I'm going to have to go for "born again YUM" today! =) thanks! Thinking back, I am so proud to have answered the M&M call with something SBD friendly-- who's in charge around here, anyway!!! =)

Hi, I was wondering if you could post that recipe, please?

When I did SBD 4 years ago, I actually made it with a cup of fat free half and half. Yes it was rich and delicious but I probably took in way too many calories. Yet I still lost weight, can you believe it? Oh and it was a life saver too!

Also, I made it "Mexican Style"; I put spices in with the chocolate such as cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Cloves are good in there too. Maybe even a little cayenne pepper too. Spicy chocolate rocks!

Hi C,

The recipe is in the Dairy thread that Doreen gave you earlier.
