I ate at Panera today. I hope I was good. Can anyone tell me?  I had a asian chicken salad with seasame low sugar dessing.  I held the fried wontons of course.  It was chicken, salad, a few nuts shaved, seasame seeds.

According to their website, that asian dressing has 4 gms. sugar per serving. South Beach recommends you use those that contain 3 grams of sugar or less per 2 TBL. Panera's Greek or Caesar dressing both have 0 grams of sugar, so keep that in mind for next time. Good job on leaving off those yummy wonton strips! :-)

It didn't sound right that a purported low sugar dressing wouldn't meet the guidelines so I looked at it too to see if they listed ingredients.
