Hi there. I'm new and wanting to lose a few pounds. I really don't have much to lose - around 10 pounds. I also just want to eat healthier and cut sugar out of my diet. I started this week and everything was going good, however the sweets came out and I had a tough time with it. I stuck to it for the majority of the day but by 4:00 temptation overrided my good efforts. I have noticed a loss of a few pounds. I also exercise regularly so I really want to get my will power up and not give into temptation. I think I'm still a little unsure of what I'm allowed to eat. I'm going to read a few more things on this board to get a better idea. Is it O.K. to snack at other times and not just what the menu in the book says? I am a bad at eating at night and having trouble not doing this. 4:00 on is a bad time for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
