Starting P1 tomorrow

Hello, everyone! I just wanted to re-introduce myself. I tried SBD in Jan but quit early on. P1 was hard for me and I felt very weak and dizzy at times. I am back, however, because I am convinced that it is a healthy way to eat and my weight is slowly creeping up and up. I have a family reunion in 10 weeks and would love to loose 30 lbs by then. I'd be happy with 20 but still going to hope for 30. All in all I have about 70 lbs to loose (never thought I would say that)!
I have my meals planned through tomorrow only but will plan the rest of the week in the next day or so. Tomorrow looks like this:
- Bkfst: scrambled egg with 3/4 oz rf feta and 1/2 green pepper
- Snack: 1/2 C 2% cottage cheese w/ celery sticks
- Lunch: large spinach salad with veggies, 1/3 C chick peas, 3oz tuna, and dressing
- Snack: 30 pistacios
- Dinner: broiled chicken, green beans sauteed in olive oil
- Dessert: Ricotta Creme
