Legal muffins?

Hi there!
I am starting out on Phase 1 and my celiac roommate made this muffins with flour made entirely of ground-up almonds, and I was wondering if they are SBD friendly because with as much as I know I think they might be okay. But I wanted to ask the "pros"!
Banana Nut Muffins
2 C Almond Meal
4 eggs
1/4 C liquid Splenda
1 T cinnamon
1 T banana extract
Brown Sugar Splenda, sprinkled on the tops.
Makes 12.
I've estimated that they are about 180 calories and a couple (2-3) of net carbs each.
What do you think? Can I splurge and have one for breakfast??

This recipe would be ok in phase 2.
