Is this hot chocolate "legal"?

Good afternoon!  I am on Day 2 of P1 and have a box of hot chocolate in my cabinet calling my name!  It's Swiss Miss Diet.  25 cal.  No fat.  4g carbs - 2 from sugar.  Sucralose is listed along with nonfat dry milk, cocoa, calcium carbonate, modified whey, salt, carrageenan, natural and artificial flavors, disofium phosphate, and acesufame potassium.  I know there is a recipe for hot cocoa and I'll use it if this doesn't work.  Can someone help?  TIA!

It's REALLY easy to make your own cocoa that doesn't have all the funny chemicals in it.

1 small tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon splenda

add enough hot water to blend the cocoa powder, fill up with milk (I use a 2 cup glass measuring cup)

heat in microwave for a minute or 2.

It is probably not legal, but I drink it occasionally. I am one of those who only follows the rules about 90% of the time. There is no way I could do the diet otherwise.

Thanks - I drank it before I read any responses, but will make my own from now on!
