Hey All! Things are going great! Today was a little harder than the last two days, mainly because I haven't done my "major" grocery shopping trip yet, so the selection at home is limited, especially since I started SBD. But it's all good, the hardest part(s) of the day was buying my girls a doughnut at the grocery store, and having my mouth water while they ate them, lol, and then I made them air-popped popcorn to enjoy w/ a movie we rented and I didn't have any at all! Will-power baby! I can already feel a difference in my tummy, seems a little smaller!
Yesterday I went to the gym and my "trainer" did a fitness test for me to see where I am at, and to put together a program for me! I don't know why, I was able to do 2 pull ups, and now my shoulders are really sore! This morning I had a hard time getting out of bed at 6:30am to go, I thought about going back to sleep, but then I remembered how badly I want to lose this weight! So I hopped out of bed and headed up there. I'm so proud of myself! I just need to remember how great I feel afterwards to keep myself going!
Now for my question...tomorrow my daughter has a field trip and then I plan on going to my parents after since I will be all the way downtown anyways. I'm assuming I will be grabbing something from somewhere for lunch. So what are some good options for eating out. Most likely fast food. Good salads/dressings from mcdonalds? Wendys? What about a lettuce wrapped burger or grilled chicken? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Kari,
Sounds like you did great with lots of temptation.
Kari, I always get the grilled Asian chicken salad at McDonald's and just use half of the dressing. It's yummy!!

BTW, I am so impressed that you can do 2 pull ups -- those suckers are hard!
