Feeling so weak today. Is that normal I am almost done with Phase I. I had so much energy up until now. I wonder if that is my body trying to tell me something. I have been taking vitamins and additional supplements. I work out every day cardio and sculpting. I wonder if my body is going through shock I havent weighed in yet but my face looks drawn in. My tummy is much flatter and my thighs look a bit smaller. OMG is this what weight loss does to ya. LOL. I LOVE IT THEN.. LOL. I dont have any cravings and I cant eat much. My appetite has decreased tremendously. I doubt I am eating enough calories. I am going to start reading up for phase 2. Hope the energy comes back.

it is normal to suddenly feel weak in the beginning of phase 1. Just cut back a little on exercise. I hope you are not doing weights every day. That can make you feel weak. It is recommended that people do weight workout every other day.

Congratulations!
Cathy, I was wondering how that happened all of a sudden the weak spell. WOW that is what detox feels like...LOL. I will try to stick it out on phase I until Sunday. I will start Phase 2 then. I was given a day off from work, my supervisor saw how tired I looked.
So tomorrow I will try to get some rest and hopefully over the weekend then its back to business. Maybe I wont work tomorrow either. That may be hard. I will see how I feel in the morning. I havent been able to get in the PM routine since Monday. So I know im tired. I have only been doing the morning workouts. O well at least I got it in there.
Thanks Linda. I workout between 6-7 days a week. I alternate strength training days. I do cardio daily. I have even stepped up my workouts to incorporate an AM session and PM session. I really need to get my Lower half trimmed to my liking. Its coming along just not quite there yet.

Feeling much better today. I was able to take a day off from work yesterday and get some extra sleep. I received my new sbd cook book meals in 30 minutes or less. Looks like they have some good meals in there. Today I shop for the Phase 2 meals. Now the real weight loss begins. I am so ready for it. I will post my weight loss for Phase I tomorrow. Tonight for dinner I am making a nice Roast skinless chicken. That will be yummy. Will also do something nice with veggies. I feel gooooood today. For my workout today I went running for over 1 hour. Jogged about 8 laps around the park and then speed walked for I dont know how many laps just kept going with the music. My hubby came out to find me LOL. I was so into it. I did some toning as well using the park bench. I hope that helped with my weigh in tomorrow we will see. Anyway that is all for now.

Steph - just wanted to mention that I felt the same way yesterday, Day 5 for me of Phase 1. I'm just not as hungry as I was earlier in the week, and my cravings are gone. I'm really trying to just make sure I eat enough during my meals and really schedule them so that I'm eating every 3 hours. I also cut back a bit on the exercise - I just couldn't imagine stepping on my elliptical the last 2 days!! But, I'm feeling better today after DH let me sleep in a bit, so hopefully I'm back on track. I feel ready to start P2 now, but I still have another week. I'll try for a few more days, and if I'm about to pass out, I may start adding some whole grains and oatmeal just to get through the day - I have 2 active boys to chase around in addition to everything else!!!
