Hello! I am almost done with day 5! I'm 1/3 of the way there! :) Yay! I have been doing so good at going to the gym all week so far, I LOVE GOING! It makes me feel great and I always feel a lot better for the whole day! Anyways, nothing noteworthy as for weight loss so far, maybe 1 lb so far, but I can see a difference in my waist and my husband thinks my face looks thinner.
Anyways, onto my question...some chicken stir fry sounds really good, I know the chicken and veggies are ok, but what kind of a sauce can I use? Is there any legal phase 1 stir fry/or teriyaki sauce I can use?

Congrats on 5 days!
I love stir frys and have them about once a week. I just do the meat, veggies and a soy sauce while it's cooking. I think there is a low sodium soy sauce that you can buy. I think it turns out really good.
If you like rice, you can do a little brown rice when you get into Phase 2.
