I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
DH and I are going to start Phase 1 tomorrow but I have a few more questions.
1) I see that chicken wings & legs are not allowed in P1 - does that include skinless chicken thighs? If so, are they allowed in P2? (I have 3 trays of them in the freezer!)
2) Is veggie dip allowed? I have a container of store-bought veg dip in the fridge - 1 tbsp is 70 calories, 6 g fat (good thing I don't need more than a tablespoon!) and 2 grams of sugar. Can I continue to eat raw veggies dipped in a tablespoon of this stuff, or should I be looking for something else to dip my veggies in?

Only skinless chicken breast meat is allowed on SB. However, once you are at goal weight (as a personal choice item) you can use them. My suggestion is to keep them in the freezer and buy yourslef some skinless breasts. You can then break out a few thighs for the rest of the family (or guests depending on your situation) and cook yourself a breast. Personally, I ate them now and again during phase 2 and didn't have an issue. They are just higher in fat so you should not eat as much of it as compared to white meat.
As for the dip, it seems high in fat. You may want to mix it 1:1 with non-fat yogurt before dipping. The CL's can give you the official word.
