Hello,
I am starting south beach after having minimal success with weight watchers.
Just would like your opinion on my first day menu! Thanks!
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled with green peppers
coffee w/ splenda and ff milk
Snack:
Part skim cheese stick
Lunch: homeade Vegetable soup (got it from the website, thanks!)
Snack: 15 nuts
Dinner: Gardenburger w/salsa & cottage cheese and asparagus
Snack: jello w/ ff topping
I was just wondering how much jello is allowed?

Your menu looks good, but a little light on veggies. Remember, you need to get 4.5 cups per day (1/2 cups should come from the beans/legumes family). Try some V8 for an easy way to satisfy one cup of the requirement.
Otherwise, you are on the right track!
