Hello all!
I started phase 1 yesterday and it went alright, I cheated at night and had 2 granola bars, was totally craving them! I picked myself back up and today I did well.
Breakfast: 2 eggs with green peppers and onions w/ coffee with splenda and skim milk
Snack: ff plain yogurt w/ equal
Lunch: Vegetable soup (homeade)
Snack: Ham roll up with pickle and mustard and part skim cheese stick
Dinner: Salad w/ Tuna and 1/2 cup of chick peas with 2 tbsp of SB dressing. Hot tea w/ splenda and skim milk
Dessert: 2 sf fudgiscles
I had 2 cans of Diet dr. pepper
60 minutes of exercise.
Tomorrow I have to go to dinner at a mexican restaurant, any suggestions?
