I've heard you only continue phase 1 if you still have cravings or if you have a lot of weight to lose. However, I've never seen what is considered alot of weight. I have 55-60lbs to lose and to me thats a lot of weight. Just wondering what the guidelines are for that tIa

If you have more than 100 pounds to lose, you may stay on phase 1 longer than 2 weeks.

Granted I'm just now coming back to SBD after a being away from it for over two years, but take it from someone who's done more than 2 weeks of P1 before.
