Today is my 6th day on phase 1 and I sneaked a peak at the scale this morning - I'm down 3.9 lbs from Monday's weigh in!!! HOLY COW!!! I realize it's water weight (though my fingers are crossed that it's not, lol) but what wonderful motivation to see that big of a loss in such a short time! Even better, I haven't been hungry all week. If I'm hungry, I eat something, but for the most part I'm finding my 3 meals a day + a.m. & p.m. snacks are doing the trick. Now I'm impressed :)

Educationlj - this is what I'm eating today (day 8 of phase 1):
Breakfast: 2 cups coffee with skim milk & sweetener, 1 hard boiled egg, 2 pcs turkey bacon, small glass low sodium V8, big glass of water (I meant to have a glass of skim milk, too, but forgot - will have that later on)
Lunch: 1 serving of the Cannellini Bean salad recipe from the SBD Cookbook (can't rememebr if it's from the original cook book or the quick & easy one) + 1/2 can tuna, small can low sodium V8
Dinner: Warm Salmon & Asparagus Salad (again, from one of the SBD cookbooks), 1 serving light/sugar free Jello
Snacks: celery sticks with hummus (a.m.), raw veggies with dip (afternoon), a handful of almonds in the evening if I'm hungry, and I do need to throw in some milk or yogurt somewhere!
And of course, lots of water! So far I've had a big glass at home and 2 750-mL bottles at work this morning; will likely down another 2 of those before I go home.
