Milk products on phase one?

I've heard some people on the message board talking about how much milk to include in the daily meals, and I believe it was in reference to phase one. My confusion is that in the SBD literature I've read, it has said that there should be NO milk in phase one.
Is this correct or am I getting the wrong information? I'm on day five and I haven't had any milk (cheese for my protein, but not milk). Well, that's not completely true - I can't give up my FF Land O Lakes creamer with my one cup of coffee in the morning, not matter what any diet tells me to do (sometimes in the evening with a cup of decaf as well - about 2 Tbs. each time). But, other than that, I was under the impression we shouldn't have any. It's strange, but I've had this huge craving tonight for milk - that's never happened before.
If I'm wrong, could someone let me know? Thanks!

Yes, you can have dairy in P1! Up to 2 servings of FF or 1% milk, or FF plain yogurt. Apparently there's been several changes to the book, and I've found this link really helpful:

Hope this helps!
Hi, I think you might have an older copy of the SBD book. Here's the milk/dairy list for phase 1. So, enjoy your milk !!!
MILK/DAIRY
(2 cups allowed daily, including yogurt)
Low-fat milk (fat-free and 1%)
Fat-free 1/2 & 1/2 (less than 2 tablespoons)
Low-fat plain, vanilla, or sucralose-containing soy milk (4 grams of fat or less per 8 ounce serving). Be sure the product does not contain high fructose corn syrup
1% or fat-free buttermilk
Fat-free plain yogurt

Yes, it's true. In Phase 1 you should have 1 to 2 cups of dairy per day. When you reach Phase 2, you should incorporate 2 to 3 cups daily.
Take a look at the milk requirements and updates to the book that the other members gave you.
Also, here are some coffee creamer ideas:

Thanks Karen - I'm going to try some of these out. I've never wanted milk so much before, and now I know I can have it - yea!
Hey, I was wondering, could I make hot vanilla milk for an evening treat?
Using, 1% milk, vanilla extract and Splenda? I just thought of it, but have you ever tried it? I think I'll have some tonight :)
