Is fruit going to hurt me in phase one all that much? B/c I adore fruit more than anything else :o) So I was wondering if I followed the diet, but with some fruit, would it hurt me all that much? I'de still be eating lots of veggies (salads, broccoli and such) and I would have some yogurt and cottage cheese and nuts and no breads or oatmeal for the first two weeks. Here is what I was thinking I would eat. What do you think?
Breakfast:
Egg whites and Banana and protein powder mixed into water (or into the eggs…it has no taste)
Snack:
½ c. light Yogurts with almonds
Lunch
Huge salad and a small can of tuna
Snack;
Cottage cheese and an apple
Dinner:
2 soy dogs
1.5 cups broccoli
Apple sauce
I may find something to replace the apple sauce, though it is no sugar added, so its not too bad, just not great for the diet. And I've already bought the fruit before I decided to give this diet a try again. Also, I am going l/o vegetarian (I only eat fish now) so I dont eat chicken or beef or pork. I am going to be cutting out fish soon too. I would have by now, but I feel like the first few weeks will be easier with the tuna. Any and all help is appreciated!
