If I have one more egg, I'm gonna gag!!!

I'm on day five, and I've had eggs for b-fast every day this week. Eggs florintine, poached eggs, egg and cheese omelet, egg and salmon and mushroom fratata - and any kind of eggs I can put the asparagus I-got-for-.99-cents/pound-on-sale-at-the-store on. And, yes, I've incorporated the turkey bacon too. I've ALWAYS had cereal for breakfast - eggs maybe once or twice a month. I usually LOVE breakfast - it's my favorite meal. But, now I wake up almost wanting to skip the whole thing. EGGS - AGAIN!!! (I start to get the JAWS soundtrack filtering through my head.) Can anyone offer me any help? The thought of nine more days of eggs triggers the gag-retention muscles. I have to admit, I am full straight until lunch w/ my eggs for b-fast - or maybe it's just nausea that keeps the hunger pains at bay....

Any encouragement or advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Maybe all I need is a few people saying, "hang in there! You can do it!" or, "I gagged too, but it's only for a little while!"

Thanks!!

How about Yogurt...I love love FF yogurt with 1 tsp vanilla and splenda to sweeten it up.
i usually have quiches/frittatas or yogurt. There are some recipes for Mock French toast, heres one for mock pancakes..

Mock pancakes:
3/4 cup of ricotta beaten
2 eggs
1/2 tsp or so of vanilla
1 tsp of splenda
bit of cinnamon.

Mix everything togther.

You cook them just like pancakes on a nonstick skillet or griddle, sprayed with some
cooking spray.

Oh yeah! I forgot to add that one for breakfast suggestions. We did the mock french toast and pancakes. Bit of an adjustment for the texture, but better than another egg in my opinion :)

WOW! I just tried the mock pancakes recipe and it was delicious! Admittedly, mine turned out more like "scrambled" mock pancakes, but the flavor was so good. Just like cinnamon pancakes! After two days of TERRIBLE eating (my good friend finished his PhD and I indulged way too much at his celebration, plus I went to a "Vegetarian Gourmet Night" party...) it was great to get back on track with such a delicious meal.
