Day 1 Went Very Well!

Hi everyone: Today was Day 1 of Phase 1. I know I have a long way to go, but I was happy with how everything went. Tell me what you think of today's menu, if I am on the right track...
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs (mostly the whites), 1 low-fat cheese stick, coffee with FF Smart Start Half and Half, water. I meant to have veggies, but was running late!
Snack: Low-fat cheese stick
Lunch: Turkey burger, BIG salad, LF cheese slice. It was yum!
Snack: Big glass of milk, 30 pistachios (roasted, no salt), 1 sugar-free popsicle
Dinner: Turkey filet with pepper and 2 sprays of Smart Start butter spray. Another huge salad... and green beans
Snack: Sugar-free Jell-O, sugar-free popsicle
p.s.: Tons of water throughout the day too!

It looks good.
It looks like you're on the right track! Just be sure you get a MINIMUM of 4.5 cups of veggies per day and that you are counting your sweet treat calories (limited to 100 per day).
Keep up the good work!
I definitely had under the 100... I was shocked! The popsicles were 15 calories each (I had 2) and the jell-o had 10 calories.
The veggies DEFINITELY aren't a problem either. Those salads were monstrous. Thanks for peeking for me!
