Day 1 = good, but morning snack ?

Day one went really good but of course the first day is always the easiest. It's when it starts to become real that it gets kind of hard. Like day 2-4.
But okay, I get up about 2hrs before everyone else does usually and before I would just grab my diet pepsi and brown sugar poptart and go upstairs to the office.
But, I don't know what to eat now. I'm starving and need something. Cooking something is out, I don't want to wake anyone up. And, I'm really not a fan of cheese. I will tolerate it but to eat it alone, no.
Any suggestions for a quick just grab it and go morning snack for before breakfast?

In phase 1 you can have some plain, fat-free yogurt. Stir in some splenda and any flavor extract you like or sf Davinci syrup.
A glass of V8 and a veggie quiche cup is also quick snack and a great way to start your day with veggies.

Well after I thought about it I did. I was still in the mindset I needed something similiar to replace the poptart if that makes sense. I am just so used to eating those every morning.
This morning I made scrambled eggs with cheese (well after when I normally eat my morning 'snack') and tomm morning I think I'll have some cherry tomatoes. I am really not big into v8 juice. lol, as you can tell I am a wee bit picky about what I eat.
Just to clarify, this meal isn't my breakfast, it's something I snack on while I do my morning work :)
