From P2 to P1

Hello there! I've been on SBD's P2 since Nov 2006. I needed to lose weight after pregnancy. I lost 15 lbs in the first 2 months and have been maintaining it since. However, I have 5-6 stubborn lbs to my pre-1st-pregnancy weight, which are not going away! I haven't been to a gym in a long while, however, I bike and walk a lot. So I'm really hoping going back to P1 will help to get rid of the last 5 lbs!
Anyone has successfully lost by going from P2 to P1? Thanks!

It's not recommended to ever go back to P1 from P2. P1 is designed to detox from cravings and to learn how to eat properly - something you've already done since you're on P2 now.
