"Get Together" Munchies

Hi everyone: I have a quick question... I am getting together with some friends next week. We get together often, and everyone always brings something and we have lunch or whatever.
Does anyone have any phase 1-friendly ideas?
I know they are planning on having tuna salad and egg salad, so I was thinking I could have a little of that with no bread. But I would like to bring something as well...
Any ideas are appreciated!

A veggie tray and dip always works, or you could make a tray of one of the numerous variations of meatballs...you could make pinwheels with deli meat, cream cheese or hummus, and veggies
Just a few things off the top of my head. :)
I was thinking about the veggie tray. Maybe I will do that with a low-fat dip and some hummus too. I was also thinking maybe a salad, but I wanted something that I could grubb on, if we're just hanging out. I have been pretty good with not stuffing my face, but I wouldn't mind having veggies on hand...

Do you like smoked salmon? How about salmon pinwheels? Lightly spread the salmon with lite cream cheese, roll up and slice into circles.
My mom always made this to take a party. It sounds kind of weird but is really good! (and, I think--hope--it is all ph1 friendly ::
Ham roll ups ::
one slice lunchmeat ham (ff obviously)
spread cream cheese on it
place a green onion stick on it and roll up. Cut in half.
Easy, and I swear it's good!
A pickle in the middle of that ham roll-up is awesome, too!
Are pickles allowed in phase 1? I did not see them on the list on either page.
Maybe I ought to either read the whole book or listen to my newly purchased book for the ipod.
