I started on the26th of April... I measured every morning..
I did pretty good until last night. Drank wine... almost a bottle of wine... I felt really good in the morning seeing amazing results but i lost it in the evening when my family had a dinner....

Following is my chart.

I'm sorry but you should wait until Phase 2 for red wine and other alcohol (and even then you should limit to 2 glasses).

Hugs to you! Wine does increase our appetite so it is best to avoid it as much as possible. I limit myself to 1 or 2 glasses on Friday night and Saturday nights. Otherwise, my willpower not to eat more goes out the window.

I am on Phase 2 now and did not have any wine until then.

Okay, wine is not my downfall (esp red - gives me a headache) but sweets definitely are. I slipped up once or twice but it wasn't the end of the world. I just said okay now that's done and it's time to move forward. Try not to beat yourself up over, just remember when the temptation hits to remind yourself that two weeks isn't really that long and you can do it.
