SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Flavor Blends for Coffee, Hazelnut,Mocha, and Vanilla.

I found this splenda sweetner at amazon.com. It says that it has no calories and tastes great. They also say to replace your daily Latte with it.

Has anyone tried these jewels? If so are they allowed in phase 1 or phase 2? If nothing else can someone tell me what I am looking for in this product. It looks like a crystal light package mix in but it is for coffee and has no creamer, trans fat.

Please let me know if you have any information about these.

Thank you in advance!

As far as I know these are legal. I use them all the time and buy it my regular grocery store right next to the Splenda. I will say though that I don't find them nearly as flavorful as the sugar-free syrups, like Torani or Davinci. But they are much more portable than big glass bottles so I always keep some in my purse for when I am out.

I've used them, too.

I use the vanilla flavored ones for my smoothies as well as for yogurt. Delicious.
