I am starting phase one again after much success last year.
Todays plans looks like
Breakfast: lf cheese stick
Lunch: salad w/ tuna and 1/4 cup of chick peas and 2 tbs of sb dressing
Dinner: Tofu with soy sauce and veggies.
Dessert: 2 sf fudgiscles.
Any suggestions on the best way to cook tofu?

Hi and welcome back to the beach. Funny you should ask for a tofu recipe....I just started a post with some recipes in the Recipes folder below.
I looked at your plan for today and can't help but notice that you are missing alot of foods. You need to get 4.5 cups of veggies each day and 1-2 cups of dairy. It also doesn't look like you are eating enough. A cheesestick is NOT enough for breakfast. To be successful on phase 1 you should eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily. Also keep in mind that the sweet treat limit is 100 calories per day so you may want to check the calorie content on your fudgesicles to be sure you're within the limits.
