I passed a European bakery and I saw a fat-free-sugar-free bread. It's fat free and sugar free! I don't know if i should walk away, or I can enjoy it. HELP! carbs! so tempting!

Hi Rabbitude,
I'm sure a CL will jump in to give you the official word, but here's my understanding. The bread would have to be 100% whole wheat with at least 3 grams of fiber per ounce --- and most European-style breads I've seen don't satisfy those requirements. Sorry! :(

Yup, Deb's right. Legal breads must be made from 100% whole grains and have at least 3 grams of fiber per 30 gram (1 ounce) serving.
No bread until phase 2.
