know what it is for me i was not over weight untill after my kids, and now still i am the only one overweight in the house, even though my hubbie and older son could use to loose a few it does not look as bad on them and than they do physical work and it comes off anyway, where i have a sit down office job (and it's killing me). so the long holiday w/e is here and i am going to do my shopping today as soon as i get my daughter from dance.
i want to make sure i have SBD THINGS in house. I'll tell you one think you are right about snacking being a habit, before i started on SBD,i woudl be doing some wrk from home and than all of the sudden i would feel hungry (but i should not be)and i get up and go in the kithcen and look for something and eat, i noticed that the following night at the same time i would fell hungry again, and it was the 3rd night and i said no way am i doing this, so i did not do it i did not go in that kitchen, that was the end of that!
unbelievable! so now after 8 pm if i want something i think back and if i had a good supper i will not eat anything i get a drink of water, but if i did not have a good supper than i will pick on cheese stick or a piece or turkey,.
