I try to stick to the allowed food list and exercise 3-4 times a week. So far I only lost 1 kg. A little bit disappointed but I try not to over concentrate on the scale. At least my abs is more flat now. Good thing about this diet is I don't have to starve myself to death. But it is more expansive than I thought because I don't like to touch the stove, plus I am Chinese. You know how chinese meals are. RICE. RICE. RICE. NOODLE. NOODLE. and MORE RICE. At home, I have to face those meals ARRRHHH. At japanese restaurant, I try to pick non starchy food such as sashimi, oyster, spinish salad, tofu..,etc. Thank god I don't have allegy to seafood. Everytime I walk by sweets or bakery section during grocery shopping. I always think "walk away, walk away, what are you doing, do not reach them, walk away!" BUT! You know what's the worst? I work at a poultry processing plant as a quality control. That means fried chicken pieces, nugget, burger..etc. FRIED. FRIED. FRIED. You name it! I have to taste them and try not to swallow the chicken because I know it will go down to my thigh. ARRH! Why don't food just leave me alone.
OK. That was my first two weeks of phase 1, but that sounded like I was whinning.
Anyways, I will keep at least one more week of phase 1 and see how I am doing! Good luck to everyone too!

I went to "The everything food+cooking festival" today. Sure I did sample a lot of foods. I kinda felt quilty but at least the sample sizes were all 1 bite or 2 bites. That was a good moment.
Tomorrow I really need to go for serious healthy grocery shopping!!
