Ok, so i've been on so many diets since my daughter was born in Dec. that i'm totally at a loss and some friends have told be about SBD, so i decided i would try it. I got the book and read online a bit and went grocery shopping tonight. I feel like my cubbards are so bare. I'm excited to start this diet and hoping that this will be the last diet i resort to. My only issue now is getting time to exercise with a 5 month old daugther and a job that has be at work 5 days a week from about 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm. Any advice from moms with infants. I don't have money to hire sitters and don't have many family members to watch her. My b/f and i live in seperate houses too.
I just need to get the excercise bit in there now that i've taken the step towards eating right. Any motivation and tips and helpful advice is needed.
My goal is to lose about 60lbs. A lot of it is pregnancy weight.
