Well phase 2 is at a stand still for me. I have to admit I wasn't as faithful to it as I was on Phase I. I decided to restart the plan all over again. Thank goodness I didnt gain any weight. I am currently at 175 lbs. Hoping to lose only 10-15lbs more and then maintenance. I have a very athletic phsyique so I dont mind the higher end on the scale. Just want to fine tune it a bit more. Mainly the lower half. I am currently wearing size 7/8's Sometimes 9/10 depending on the cut of clothes. So here I go again. Will keep ya posted. Today starts Phase I.

Hi Steph,


You may only need to follow phase 1 for a couple of days. The only benefit of returning to phase 1 is to regain control of cravings. You really need to follow phase 2 to lose weight. Many here find they stall on phase 2 when they don't eat ENOUGH food to keep their metabolisms working.

Thanks!!! Well that will work for me. I think I will try phase I for this week only and then go back to phase 2. I have to admit I definately was not eating enough at all. Its so hard sometimes when you have a hectic job. I will definately try to make a better effort in putting in more calories.

If you feel like you can't handle phase 1 during the week, move on to phase 2. Reaching for a banana or slice of ww bread in a weak moment is better than falling off the plan.
