Ok, i'm ending week 1 and am doing great. I'm getting in at least 30min of cardio everyday at the gym, ab workouts for about 15 min and every other day i'm doing upperbody weight lifting with low weights and high reps. I weighed in today for end of week 1 and am down 7lbs. This is the most excited i think i've ever been. I feel great, my energy is back up, my belly is feeling like its slowly but surely going down. I've had such a great week. I also just got a new job, with a raise and a better position. I feel like everything is coming together at once.
My b/f is now doing SBD with me and hes loving it. Last night at church we had a graduation celebration for grads and there was cake and cider and i didn't even want any, i was so proud of myself. Anyway to anyone else out there, this works, just stick with it and keep going.
