Hello, I started the SB diet and am concerned about my dairy/milk daily req. I do not like milk, yogart or cottage cheese. I don't know what to do. I don't want to ruin my efforts but I just can't eat those things it makes me sick. Does anyone have any other ideas that i can have to meet my requirements? I asked about the Adkins Advantage Shakes to have once in awhile and was told those would be fine. Would that satisfy my req. somehow? Thanks for any advice in advance!

Thank you so much. I will try the soy products. I have not read the dairy boards as of yet but will cjeck it out now. I will also try the smoothie idea. Thank you so much for your advice and thank you for being there for all of us. I see your input in everything and I really appreciate it.

Thank you for your reply. Can you get the Soy Slender at the grocery store? I live in a small town and our stores don't seem to carry all the newest updated products. But I will check it out. THANKS AGAIN.

Hey there: In the grocery stores around here, Soy Slender is in the natural or health food sections. Also, it is NOT refrigerated, so don't look there. At least I always find it on the shelf, so also take a peek around where dry/powdered milk would be. Once you open it, you refrigerate it. Just an FYI. Good luck!

I live in a rural area, and I have no trouble finding the Soy Slender.
