Ok, as much as I hated doing the phase 1 the last time around I am going to go through it again since I have been a little pig and gained back what I lost the first time. I have a hard time getting in my veggies since I am a meat and bread person. I plan on doing a lot of stir fried veggies and lean meat though now. I do need you guys to help me stay focused on this. Any takers?

Did you know that there's no need to restart at Phase 1? Unless you have uncontrollable cravings, it's recommended that you re-start with Phase 2. Even if you do have cravings, you should only need a few days of Phase 1 to regain control.
It's so much better to be satisfied with a diet full of whole grains and fruits than to limit yourself with Phase 1 foods and then cheat.

That's exactly what I thought about doing. I have a bad sweet craving and I love my bread. I thought maybe a few days on p1 would help me with that and I have been eating the wrong foods for a while now also. Thanks for answering me on this. It really helps for the input.
