Phase 1, Week 2

I actually made it through week 1 w/o cheating! Well, almost....I did have a few things that aren't allowed until Phase 2. But I'm still proud of this, since I was able to resist eating even one piece of the pizza I ordered for my kids on Saturday! That was painful though...I sat at the counter with my salad so I wouldn't have to stare at their yummy pizza right in my face, lol!
Anyways, here's my question. I lost 7 pounds in week one. How much should I expect to lose in week 2? I realize that in Phase 2 the rate of weight loss slows down, but I wasn't sure if there was any difference between week 1 and 2 of Phase 1.

That's great success so far. Unfortunately I can't tell you what to expect in week 2. Everyone loses at different rates. Just keep up what you are doing and don't get stuck on what the scale says. The habits you are learning on phase 1 will help you continue to lose weight as you move forward and on to phase 2.
