Made it through Day 1 of Phase 1

I've actually made it through the first day. I feel good, too. My stomach feels good and I don't feel bloated and tired.

Good for you! Keep going. The first few days are the hardest and then I swear, I actually loved eating this way. It felt good to feel good about what I was putting in my body!

To replace the popcorn, try roasted garbanzo beans (just roast them with some seasonings until crunchy). When I was in phase 1 I had a ricotta creme dessert almost every night. It helped me to feel satisfied.
I'm having a hard time today.
