I am curious if these are okay to eat/drink:
Fat Free Milk instead of Skim milk
I have read in a few posts that you should drink two cups of milk a day and another that said 3 cups per day which is it?
Is it ok to eat the Tyson boneless skinless chicken breasts that are flavored (like lemon herb flavored etc.)? The pkg says 1g Sugars and the seasoning has salt, sugar, malodextrin, corn syrup solids, etc.
Is there anyplace to find listings for specific brands of items that conform to the SBD standard? I am finding it hard to be certain I buy the right things because so many products put things like "good for low carb diets" but aren't good on SBD.
