I've got to do something. I've been stuck at the same weight for months because I can't shake my cravings. I've lost 50 pounds in the past year - most of it melted off in the 6 months after my baby was born. I've been hovering around the same weight since March and it's driving me crazy. I did SBD after my son was born, but only phase 2 because I was nursing. Still nursing this one, but she's 15 months and I'm pretty sure we'll manage with phase one as long as I'm careful to eat enough. I've lost my book though...any tips for getting through it. I really need breakfast ideas. I usually have slimfast, but I'm pretty sure that's out. ;)
