Finishing the first week

Well, we (DH and I) are finishing up the first week tomorrow. So far so good, but breakfast is getting tough. I'm getting tired of eggs, but it's hard to find something filling with no bread. I don't get to eat lunch until late, and even with having a morning snack, I need a hearty breakfast! I knew breakfast would be hard, though, because that was the one meal where I ate the worst. Um... can we say starch-fest! Hee hee! But I've already dropped 4.5 lbs, so that's encouragement to keep going!



I've finished first week today, sooo i can almost see the finish line :)
I dropped 1,5 kg in a week! I was afraid that i'll have low-energy 'cause i'm doing alot of sports, but i didn't affect it that much, i feel lighter and more alive. It's hard to define, and my friends don't believe me, haha!"living without chocolate AND pasta AND bread AND pasteries AND alcohol...". Yepp. And i feel funtastic!I'm smiling more. It's like i don't even SEE these type of food--they can't affect us!
So, keep up! :)
I would've never believe that i can do this...and still! What if there's more? Maybe we can really achieve what we set our minds and hearts on...
